Transfer news came! Hermana Alvarez will be companions once again with Sister Juarez! In her words...
"Yes this is my third time going to her, yes this is our seventh transfer together, yes she will be my last companion. I am really excited because we have got teaching together down.  I can go to the area and just get to work! The area is right next to the temple too! The very first thing we see when we walk out of our apartment is the temple, I am so so so happy about that. I am also going to a spanish ward! Not a branch! Can you believe it? Its my very first. I might pass out to see that many hispanics in one place. We are also on bikes! I am not even mad because its not 100+ degrees down there any more. Well as you can see I am content with the new changes. Everyone keeps saying "I have never heard of that happening before!" since it will be over half our missions together.  All the people we used to teach up here are so happy we are going to be together too."

6. More. Weeks. !!

Jess is having trouble with the computers and getting them to send pictures. Just so you don't all forget about her, here is a little bit of her emails...

"Feliz Navidad! Its almost Christmas! We got to go down for the lights again with our English ward yesterday. I got to see my "family" (people I lived with forever in my first area who loved me and I love them) and a lot of other ex-missionaries dressed in normal clothes. I was standing by one of the other Sisters we went down with and one of the new Sisters came over to her and said "Who did you bring with you?" and the Sister next to me said "Just a recent convert", who wasnt by us at the moment because he was touring by himself, and then the new Sister turned to me and said "Congratulations, I hope you like the lights!" Haha. I have been gone too long."

''So we have a new english person to teach named Curtis. He is a funny man who had his vocal cords taken out and has that hole in the neck thing to breath out of. I think I know what its called but as far as spelling it that is out of the question.''

'' We ate tamales more than four times this week and only once did actual tears come from my eyes due to eating an open flame of spice. I am starting to love mexican food! What? I never, I repeat never, thought I would say that!"

Only 2 more months... so you better get those letters to her fast! :)
